WE HAVE ARRIVED!!

After our bus ride to DFW and eleven hours in the air, we have arrived in Northern Italy!!  Our view of the majestic, snow-covered Alps was spectacular from the plane.  After landing in Milan, we drove via bus the short distance to Como.  Our hotel is situated a few feet from the waters of spectacular Lake Como.  We had the chance to roam about the city for a couple of hours before enjoying a delicious pasta dinner at the hotel.  Some of our group have already tasted what will be one of many gelato stops on this trip!
